Due to nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been delivered.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please head over to our ‘Contact us’ page and fill in the details.
After reviewing the claim, if approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Note: We cannot accept claims made after 48 hours or for items that have been consumed.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for delivered items.
However, if you've made an advance payment and we are unable to fulfill or dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued promptly.
